Founded by Richard and Robyn Joiner, our Virginia NELAP-accredited laboratory built a longstanding reputation for accurate testing, dependable results, responsive service, and personal attention.
Our Story
In 2019, Mike and Suzanne Lynn purchased Joiner Micro Laboratories from the Joiners. Under their leadership, the laboratory became part of a comprehensive group of companies providing environmental, septic, wastewater, well-water, and laboratory services throughout Virginia. Mike and Suzanne remained committed to preserving the trusted name, values, and personal service on which Joiner Micro Laboratories was founded while creating new opportunities for the company and its employees.
In 2025, Seekye Capital purchased a majority interest in Joiner starting an exciting new chapter. Seekye's mission is to guide seamless business transitions that preserve what makes companies unique like their vision, values, and legacy. Inspired by Matthew 6:33—"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you"—Seekye's name reflects their commitment to Christ-centered values, integrity, and respect in every partnership. They are providing additional resources, mentoring and opportunities for continued growth while preserving our experienced teams, trusted service, and longstanding community relationships.
Today, Suzanne Lynn continues to serve as General Manager of Joiner Micro Laboratories, providing experienced leadership and ensuring continuity for our customers and employees. Her ongoing involvement helps preserve the personal service, strong relationships, and commitment to quality that have long defined the laboratory.
